A neutral decision framework
Not every WordPress site should be replaced.
If the main problem is speed, SEO or stability—and the operation depends heavily on WordPress—focused optimisation may be the lower-risk choice.
Stabilise when
- the platform fits the editorial workflow
- there is no strong new capability need
- the problems are measurable and repairable
Rebuild when
- plugin and builder friction keeps returning
- new integrations fight the stack
- a genuinely simpler operating model is enough

From a silent WordPress site to 300+ enquiries a month.
Rubicon did not need another brochure site. We built a homepage that works as a focused landing page—and a custom CRM that carries every enquiry through the real operation.

Fast, public and deliberately bounded.
Homepage, headers, robots.txt and published sitemaps.
Up to five deterministically selected representative pages.
One mobile Google PageSpeed Insights request for the final homepage URL.
No access to plugin settings, admin, Search Console, backlinks or private functionality.
No server-rendered JSON-LD does not rule out client-side injection.
FAQ
Do you need admin access?
No. The check reads public pages, headers, robots.txt, published sitemaps and PageSpeed data only.
What does the PageSpeed score mean?
We show the mobile Lighthouse lab performance score. CrUX field data remains separate and appears only when Google has enough samples.
Is this a complete SEO audit?
No. It cannot see Search Console, backlinks, keywords or private functionality. It tests the technical foundations and decision risk.
Will I join a marketing list?
No. Your email is used for the requested transactional report and handling your enquiry.
What if the evidence is uncertain?
We do not invent a score or a definitive verdict. The result will recommend a manual technical assessment.
