Data and purposes
We process enquiry details to respond and prepare proposals; public website signals to create migration reports; project and billing data to perform contracts and meet legal obligations; security logs to protect the service; and Google Analytics data only after consent.

Pre-contractual steps and contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service administration, and consent for optional analytics or marketing communication.

Recipients and processors
Hostinger provides hosting and database infrastructure; Cloudflare R2 stores approved media; Google provides OAuth and consented analytics; Stripe processes card payments; Számlázz.hu supports invoicing; Hostinger SMTP delivers transactional email. Each receives only the data needed for its role.

Retention
Anonymous audit records: 30 days. Unconverted enquiries: 24 months. Security logs: 90 days. GA4: 14 months. Contract and accounting records are retained for the periods required by Hungarian law.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Contact privacy@bbwp.pro. You may also complain to the competent Hungarian data protection authority.

International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA using lawful transfer safeguards. Current provider documentation and contractual safeguards are reviewed before production activation.
