Who the service is for
BBWP primarily contracts with businesses. A consumer project is accepted only under a separate agreement that includes the mandatory consumer information and rights applicable to that engagement.

Proposals and scope
Public prices are indicative starting prices and tax exempt. A project begins only after written scope acceptance. Unless a proposal says otherwise, it is valid for 14 days and takes precedence over this general description.

Payment
The standard schedule is 50% before work starts and 50% before handover or launch. Payment may be made by bank transfer or through the Stripe checkout linked to an accepted proposal. Card details are never stored by BBWP.

Delivery and cooperation
Timelines depend on timely access, content and approvals from the client. Client delays move the delivery dates. Material scope changes require a written change agreement.

Acceptance and warranty
The client reviews agreed milestones. BBWP corrects reproducible defects within the accepted scope for 30 days after handover. New functionality, changed requirements, third-party failures and content edits are outside this defect period.

Intellectual property
Project-specific deliverables transfer after full payment to the extent stated in the proposal. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, open-source packages and third-party licenses remain subject to their own ownership and license terms.

Liability and complaints
Each project agreement defines appropriate liability limits. Complaints may be sent to privacy@bbwp.pro or the registered postal address. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. The former EU ODR platform is no longer in operation.
