The commercial baseline for BBWP proposals, delivery, payment and handover.

These terms apply to BBWP project proposals that incorporate them. BBWP primarily serves businesses and professionals. A consumer project is accepted only under a separate agreement containing the mandatory information and rights relevant to that engagement. Browsing the site, running a Migration Check or submitting an enquiry does not create a contract.
A project begins when the client accepts a written proposal and pays any required deposit. Unless stated otherwise, a proposal is valid for 14 days. The accepted proposal, its scope and any written change agreement form the project agreement. If they conflict with these terms, the project-specific proposal takes precedence.
Deliverables, milestones, dependencies, assumptions and exclusions are defined in the proposal. Work or functionality not included in that scope is a change request and may affect price and timing. A material change is undertaken only after written approval of its impact. Public starting prices are indicative qualification points, not binding quotes.
The client provides accurate requirements, lawful content, necessary access, one authorised decision-maker and timely feedback or approvals. The client confirms that it has the right to use materials and data supplied to BBWP. Delayed access, content or decisions may move delivery dates and create additional work, which will be agreed before it is performed.
Fees and currency are stated in the proposal. BBWP currently operates as VAT-exempt under the Hungarian alanyi adómentes regime, so VAT is not added unless the tax status or proposal states otherwise. The standard schedule is 50% before work starts and 50% before handover or launch. Payment may be made by bank transfer or through the Stripe checkout linked to an accepted proposal. BBWP does not store card details.
Target dates depend on the agreed dependencies and timely client cooperation. The client reviews milestones against the acceptance criteria in the proposal and reports specific issues within the stated review period. Launch, handover and access transfer take place according to the proposal and after amounts due at that stage have been paid.
Unless the proposal states otherwise, BBWP corrects reproducible defects in the accepted scope reported within 30 calendar days after handover. The client should provide the affected URL, steps to reproduce and expected behaviour. New functionality, changed requirements, content edits, misuse, later third-party changes and failures outside BBWP's control are not defects under this period.
After full payment, project-specific deliverables are licensed or transferred to the extent stated in the proposal. BBWP retains its pre-existing methods, tools and reusable components. Open-source software, fonts, stock assets, platforms and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. The proposal identifies any material ongoing licence or subscription known at the time of contracting.
Each party protects non-public commercial, technical and personal information received for the project and uses it only for delivery, legal compliance and the exercise of its rights. The Privacy notice applies when BBWP acts as controller. If BBWP processes personal data solely on the client's instructions, the parties will put an appropriate data-processing agreement in place where required.
Hosting, domains, payment services, analytics, APIs, plugins and other third-party products may have separate terms, fees and availability. Unless expressly included in the proposal, the client contracts for and pays these services. BBWP is not responsible for a third party changing or withdrawing its service, but will communicate known impact and can quote for remediation.
Either party may exercise termination rights stated in the proposal or applicable law. BBWP may pause work after notice if an invoice is overdue, required access remains unavailable, or continuing the work would be unlawful or unsafe. On termination, completed work, approved work in progress and non-cancellable third-party costs remain payable; handover depends on payment of amounts properly due.
BBWP performs the service with reasonable professional care. Project-specific warranties and any agreed liability cap are stated in the proposal. Neither these terms nor a proposal excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. A party is not liable for delay caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, provided it informs the other party and takes reasonable steps to limit the effect.
Questions or complaints should be sent to hello@bbwp.pro or the registered postal address; BBWP will investigate and respond in writing. Hungarian law governs the agreement, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. The parties will first try to resolve disputes by direct negotiation, then use the competent Hungarian court unless the proposal lawfully states otherwise.
These general terms do not by themselves create a consumer contract or limit mandatory consumer rights. Any accepted consumer engagement requires separate information about withdrawal, performance and dispute resolution. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so no obsolete ODR link is provided.
The version in force when a proposal is accepted applies to that project unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Updated website terms apply only to later agreements and take effect from the date shown at the top of this page.
